This is a synopsis of your coverage. You can look at the figures and determine if there have been any significant changes that affect your need for coverage. Has your need for liability coverage changed? Have you made changes to your home that could change the amount of coverage you require? Does the deductible you have make sense?
You have acquired new jewelry
The amount of jewelry coverage on your policy is limited. If you have bought or been gifted some significant pieces, they should be appraised, and you should add a jewelry endorsement to your policy.
You have added a security system
If your home is now protected by a home security system or a hardwired smoke detector system, it can make you eligible for some discounts on your premium, make sure that you are getting them.
You have added a dog to the family
It is important to let your insurance company know if you have a dog to make sure it is not one of the breeds that are excluded from coverage.
